1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the bjbji platform (available at bjbji.vip and any associated mobile or web application), you ("the Player", "you", "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must cease using bjbji immediately and must not create an account.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and bjbji with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings of any nature.

2. Eligibility

To open and maintain a bjbji account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. bjbji strictly prohibits use by minors. Age verification may be requested at any stage of the account lifecycle.

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of bjbji or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order – whether issued by bjbji or any other gaming operator – that remains in effect.
• You must be acting on your own behalf, not as an agent for any third party.

bjbji reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) bjbji account only. If bjbji identifies duplicate accounts attributed to the same individual, bjbji may merge the accounts, suspend all accounts associated with that individual, and forfeit any balances held in duplicate accounts.

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. bjbji may require you to verify your identity, mobile number, or payment method at any time. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bjbji login credentials. All activity that occurs under your account – including wagers placed and withdrawals requested – is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify bjbji support immediately. bjbji will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

bjbji accepts deposits via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, domestic bank transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and others as displayed in the cashier), USDT TRC20, and Visa/Mastercard where available. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the bjbji cashier at the time of transaction.

Withdrawal policy: Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the payment method used for the most recent deposit, or as otherwise confirmed by bjbji's verification process. bjbji aims to process JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals within 1–20 minutes and bank transfer withdrawals within the same business day, subject to verification requirements. USDT TRC20 withdrawals are processed subject to blockchain confirmation times.

bjbji reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Processing of a withdrawal request does not constitute a waiver of bjbji's right to investigate the account for compliance with these Terms. bjbji may withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of any ongoing investigation.

All funds deposited into a bjbji account must be your own funds, obtained lawfully. bjbji prohibits the use of the platform for any money-laundering activity. bjbji will cooperate fully with any lawfully-issued regulatory or law-enforcement request for account information.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

bjbji may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free spins, and other time-limited promotional offers at its discretion. All bonuses are subject to specific terms displayed at the point of offer, including but not limited to:

• Wagering requirements: The minimum number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as specified) must be wagered before any withdrawal can be processed from the associated balance.
• Game weighting: Different game types contribute at different rates toward wagering completion. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games and table games may contribute at a reduced rate as specified per promotion.
• Expiry: Unclaimed or unused bonus amounts expire as specified in the promotion terms, typically within 7–30 days of issuance.
• Maximum withdrawal: Some promotions cap the maximum amount that can be withdrawn from bonus-derived winnings.

bjbji reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonus abuse – including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once, or using wagering patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements – will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on bjbji use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software that has been independently tested to confirm genuine randomness of outcomes. bjbji does not manipulate game outcomes in any way beyond the mathematically defined house edge inherent in each game, which is disclosed as the published Return to Player (RTP) percentage in each game's information screen.

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or software error during a game round, bjbji will apply the following policy: any round that cannot be resolved due to a technical fault will be voided and the wager returned to the Player's wallet. bjbji's determination of game outcomes from server-side logs is final in all such disputes.

Live casino games are subject to the rules of the live studio provider in addition to these Terms. Where a live dealer announces an error or a round is declared void by the studio, the studio's ruling prevails.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bjbji. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the bjbji platform
• Colluding with other players in any game to gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors – any such exploit must be reported to bjbji support immediately
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including multi-accounting to claim bonuses multiple times
• Depositing funds obtained through unlawful means or using bjbji for money laundering purposes
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification
• Accessing bjbji on behalf of or for the benefit of a third party without bjbji's written consent
• Attempting to hack, compromise, or disrupt the bjbji platform or its infrastructure

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the bjbji platform – including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, text, and structural design – is owned by bjbji or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the bjbji platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. No content from bjbji may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used commercially without prior written authorisation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bjbji shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or business interruption. bjbji's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bjbji provides the platform on an "as available" basis and does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access. Scheduled maintenance periods will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable.

10. Responsible Gaming

Where an account is terminated for breach, any balance remaining may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for non-breach reasons (e.g., player-initiated closure), any verified withdrawable balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method.

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting bjbji support. Accounts subject to open bonus wagering requirements may be held open until those requirements are met or the bonus is forfeited.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to bjbji's operating entity. Any dispute arising from your use of bjbji that cannot be resolved informally through bjbji's customer support process will be submitted to binding arbitration. bjbji's decision on all matters relating to game outcomes, account balances, and rule interpretation – where supported by server-side logs – shall be final.
